(Capacities up to 1250 lbs) Kingpinless Casters are designed for ease of movement. Sealed precision swivel is maintenance free and very easy to swivel. Notched yoke base is standard on all models for easy installation of swivel lock.

Features
Top Plate & Yoke Base: Cold formed from 1/4" steel plate. Yoke base is notched for factory or field installable 4-position swivel lock
Swivel Section: Precision sealed ball bearing eliminates need for routine maintenance
Legs: 1/4" steel, formed to increase strength and welded on inside and outside of yoke base
Axel: 1/2" diameter hollow axle complete with lock nut with straight roller and ball bearings
Finish: All parts, except wheel, are zinc plated.

	Phenolic Medium Duty Kingpinless Casters Casters are molded of heavy macerated or chopped cotton denim, impregnated with phenolic resin and formed in close fitting molds under high pressure and temperature. They are non-marking and excellent load carriers. Sizes Available: ( 4” 5” 6” 8”)
	Polyolefin Medium Duty Kingpinless Casters These Polyolefin casters give you extra strength. They have precision king pin engineered for thrust absorption and durability. The axel and the nut are specifically designed for the wheel itself. Also these Polyolefin caster are zinc plated. Sizes Available: ( 4” 5” 6” 8”)
	Polyurethane Medium Duty Kingpinless Casters Composed of a polyurethane elastomer, open cast or injection molded, on clean, close tolerance cores. Polyurethane tread is chemically bounded to case iron core. 	Rubber Medium Duty Kingpinless Casters Cushion rubber treads are vulcanized to cast iron cores. The soft rubber tread affords a cushion effect to the load. These casters are highly shock absorbing and provide a quiet operation, while dampening vibration. Sizes Available: ( 4” 5” 6” 8”)
	Solid Elastomer Medium Duty Kingpinless Casters Designed specifically for high capacity manual applications involving chemical solvents or water.
